DAILY SERVICES
1. Removal of waste material, garbage, from the dustbins & entire premises including the open area.
2. Dusting & Vacuum cleaning of the furniture, cupboards, telephone instruments, windows, doors, Venetian blinds and glass partitions using imported glass cleaning formula (Chemical).
3. Acid cleaning & scrubbing of toilets wash basins, sanitary fittings with detergents, deodorants and disinfectants atleast twice a day.
4. Cleaning/moping of floor area by detergent/disinfectant atleast twice a day-once in the morning and as and when required during the day.
5. Restock of toiletries after daily check-ups in the morning and as and when required during the day on call basis.
WEEKLY/MONTHLY SERVICES
1. Mechanical washing and scrubbing of floor area with detergents dust removing liquid formula and wax polishing of the floor area – Monthly.
2. Removal of cobwebs – Monthly.
3. Windows sponging and cleaning – Weekly basis.
4. Dusting/cleaning of ceiling/table fans and Air conditioner grills – Monthly Basis.
5. Cleaning/washing of dustbins and buckets with detergents – Weekly Basis.
6. Dusting/cleaning of partition glasses and panes with utmost care.
7. Acid cleaning of Sanitary wares – Weekly Basis.
8. Polishing Door-Closers, door handles and other brass fittings with Brasov – Monthly Basis.
9. Polishing Taps and other steel fittings with Silva – Monthly Basis.
